As part of the new enhancements for Contract 8, LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital) assessments will become mandatory for Apprentice Assessment process starting from July 1, 2024.
Launching LLND assessment
Users will be able to launch the LLND assessment directly in Ready Apprentice by clicking the updated "Quest & LLND" tab on the Training contract page. This update includes splitting the "Quest" form tab into two tabs:
- Quest Forms: Containing the current Quest form functionality.
- LLND: Newly built section where LLND assessments can be launched.
Within the LLND section, there will be a blue "Launch LLND" button, that upon clicking, redirects users to a new tab with the LLND quiz.
Storing LLND Assessment Results
Alongside the "Launch LLND" button, there will be an "Add LLND Details" button which opens a modal, allowing users to input results from a completed LLND assessment, including:
- Quiz ID
- Total Score
- Literacy Score
- Numeracy Score
Upon pressing the submit button, these details are stored in the LLND assessment table, along with the name of the current AAC user (under "Added By") and the current system date & time (under "Date Added").If atleast one LLND result is stored against a TC, a TC flag will show saying "LLND Complete".
Filtering and Exporting LLND Assessment Results
To better organize and manage your assessments, the "LLND Complete?" filter and export option is added to the Training Contract (TC) search page, which allows you to filter and export lists of TCs based on whether at least one LLND result has been added or not.
