Updates to ADMS Payments

We have recently made several changes to ADMS Payments in Ready Apprentice. This article outlines those changes.

Extended Claim Statuses

We have added additional claims statuses. These new statuses offer a more comprehensive understanding of various stages in claim processing. The claim statuses are now:
  • "ACQR": Acquittal Reversal
  • "ACQU": Acquitted
  • "AMOD": Amount Modified
  • "APPR": Paid
  • "BKCH": Bank Account Changed
  • "BKRJ": Bank Rejected
  • "CMNT": Comment For Claim
  • "CONF": Confirmed
  • "CONV": Converted
  • "DERJ": Department Withdrawn
  • "DYRJ": Bank Rejected Department
  • "LODG": Lodged
  • "OFST": Offset
  • "OPRE": Overpayment
  • "PEND": Pending
  • "RCMF": Full Manual Recovery In Progress
  • "RCMP": Partial Manual Recovery In Progress
  • "RCVD": Recovered Manually
  • "REBK": Resubmitted Bank Reject
  • "RECF": Recover In Full
  • "RECM": Manual Recovery In Progress
  • "RECP": Recover In Part
  • "RECR": Recovery Reversed
  • "UNCO": Unconfirmed
  • "WITH": Withdrawn
  • "WROF": Written Off

Enhanced Display of Status Descriptions

In order to enhance user experience, we have replaced the TYIMS status descriptions with the more informative ADMS status descriptions in all areas, including the UI, filter, and exports.
Moreover, a new filter has been added enabling users to filter by the ADMS Claim Status titled 'ADMS Claim Status'


New Functionalities in Claims Search Page

As part of these updates, the Claims Search page now includes the ability to filter by the Claim Application ID, giving you another tool to effectively sort and manage your claims. You can also add the Claim Application ID as a sortable column and include it in your exports for further convenience.
