As per the new guideline, the new Post Signup Youth contact has been added to Ready Apprentice as of the 27th September release. Young apprentices aged 15-20 years who have started or recommenced their Apprenticeship from the 01 July 2022 will now have the Post Youth Contact appear in the Contact Schedule from TC/REG > Contacts.
The Post Signup Youth contact is due 2 weeks before the 3-month point from the Start/Recom Date and expires 2 weeks after the 3-month point.
Note:
- Registrations Downloading from TYIMS will have the new Contact added in the Contact schedule for the Youth cohort along with the other contacts
- For historical Registrations, the contact needs to be added manually by recalculating from Registration > Contact tab
- Ready Apprentice team will add the contact for the historical Registrations
- The new Post Signup Youth Contact cannot be sent out electronically at this stage and must be completed manually
The new Youth Post Signup Contract will also be available in the Contact Name filter from the Contacts Search page.
