Before an RTO is able to have the SRTO requests pushed to their portal, they must first have a login created against their RTO Record in Ready Apprentice.
To create a login on an RTO record, find the RTO linked to the Training Contract from the Admin tab. From here, users can click on the RTO Code, State or TYIMS ID which will be a take you to the RTO record.
Once the RTO record is open, there will be a Portal tab. Click this tab, and click New Portal User. User will be required to enter the RTO email address which will be their username, as well as the password and password confirmation.
Once the login details have been created, they can then be provided to the RTO to access the portal.
