To send an SRTO request to the RTO portal, a user must first be on the Training Contract record that is required to be sent. Where the signup state is QLD and the RTO NTIS State is QLD, the user will be able to click Signup Actions – SRTO Send.
From here, users will have the option to Preview, Print, Email, or Send to Portal. Send to Portal will only be available where the linked RTO has an RTO Portal Login, and there is no existing Pending SRTO request.
Once Send to Portal has been clicked, a Pending SRTO Request will be created and shown on the Portal.
Note: When an SRTO Request has been created, and has a status of Pending, a new SRTO Request will not be able to be created and the Push to portal button will not be able to be selected. When the Pending job has a status change to Not Actioned or Rejected, this will then change back to a blue button and be able to be clicked.
