SRTO Portal - Managing SRTO Requests

When an SRTO Request has been created, this will show in the SRTO Requests tab against the Training Contract. From here users will be able to see a full history of any SRTO Requests that have been created for this Training Contract.

The SRTO Request tab will show when the request was created, who created the request, request status, action comments from the portal, actioned date, acknowledged by, and acknowledged date.

A user can create a new Request from here by clicking Resend. This will mark the existing job as Not Actioned, and will produce a new Request which will be pushed to the portal.
