SRTO Return Email
When an RTO actions a Request from the Portal login, an email will be sent to the provider to advise them of the result, with a link to that particular record.
The Email address that receives the notification can be specified within the AAC Preferences of the settings.
Once the SRTO Request has been Actioned, a user must go to that record, and acknowledge the response. Once the request has been acknowledged, this will save the user that acknowledged the request and the date that it was acknowledged.
At this point, the SRTO Request is either Accepted or Rejected which means there is no further action required once Accepted, or the comment needs to be assessed as to why it was rejected.
