Electronic Archiving is a process that The Department requests Network Providers to perform o approporiately manage Australian Apprentice Files. This has been introduced as most Training Contracts and Claims are now managed by Smart Forms which are stored electronically.
The process in Ready Apprentice has been introduced to increase efficiencies when archiving these Electronic Files that are stored on RA, providing users with a tool that will perform the below:
- Produce an Audit Zip File for up to 100 Registrations.
- Allow Naming of the Zip File to track the Files on RA.
- Create an Archive record against Registrations to log Archive History.
- Generate each registration file in the Naming convention provided by the Department.
