When Employers complete their BAC Claim Smart Forms, there have been instances where employers do not choose the correct claim period or do not upload the necessary documents. To Help reduce these issues, we have developed the functionality to pre-populate pre-defined Network Provider Comment in BAC claims' Smart form.
In Smart Form Settings, under BAC Claims section, we have added a checkbox Include Network Provider Comments.

If providers want to add the Network Provider's comment to populate automatically in BAC Smart Forms, they need to go to the settings page, tick the check box and save the settings.
If Providers do not wish to pre-populate this information, they can uncheck the button anytime they want and this information will no longer pre-populate.
When this button is ticked, once a BAC Smart form is generated, in Smart Form's Network Provider's Comment field, the following information will pre-populate:
Important! When completing the claim form ensure you select {{ Claim Period for RCWS }} from the drop down menu on the next page of this claim. Please ensure that you provide payslips as evidence of wages paid to your apprentice or trainee for the entire claim period. Pay evidence must also include the gross wages paid, number of hours the apprentice worked, the Australian Apprentice name, ABN and Legal Name.
In {{ Claim Period for RCWS }}, the Period name and From - To date of specific claim will populate.
