Notifications

"Notifications" are an optional feature, and if you wish to have it switched on, please request this feature through the support platform – Zendesk.

This feature has been introduced to:

  1. Give users a personalised feeling within JobReady.Active.
  2. Allow us to move the existing widgets out of the way from the home screen to create space for other dashboard items
  3. Increase system usability by having these available on every page.

 

NOTIFICATIONS USABILITY 

To setup, click on the users profile button, and select "Notification Settings".

 Configure the notifications you want. For example, turning Contacts notifications off so not receiving any notifications where a contact has been assigned.

A counter will show the number of notifications under the 'Notifications icon'.

Click on the Notifications button to reveal a list of Notifications, showing what records have been assigned to the current user, or what actions have been completed.

Clicking on items will take user to an individual record if single record, or search list if bulk assignment.

When notifications no longer required or have been acknowledged, users can click the dismiss button to remove it.
