Claims: 4. Finding and Actioning Your Claims

When a claim has been assigned to a user, this can be identified from the users dashboard. The widget labelled Claims Received will show a list of claims which have a status of Claim Form Received, and are assigned to the user that is logged in.

These can also be found by going to the claims search, and adding the filters for Claim Status - Claim Form Received and the Assigned To filter for a specific user.

Once a user has completed whatever action was neccesary on the claim assigned to them, they can flag the claim as actioned.

This will then mark the claim as actioned in the section under the smart form tracking code.
