Users are able to find Claims which have been received through the smart forms inbox tool by going into the claims search and applying the Receive Through Smart Form Inbox filter and the Claims Status filter for Claim Form Received.
This will give users a list of Claims which have been received via the Smart Form Inbox tool.
A section below the smart form tracking code on the claim record will be flagged if the smart form was successfully received via the smart form inbox.
A history record against the claim will be created to show that this was received from the smart form inbox and a lifecycle item will also be created on the registration linked to the claim.
