Claims: 1. Receiving Smart Forms

  1. Every 15 minutes, Ready Apprentice will check the Smart Forms mailbox for any new Claim smart forms that have been submitted.
  2. When a newly submitted claim has been received, Ready Apprentice will update the claim status to “Claim Form Received” and record the Date Received, as well as upload any attachments that may have been provided.
  3. When the Smart Form has been Approved/Rejected by a Network Provider representative, the claim status will be updated to “Smart Form Receipted” and all attachments will be uploaded.
    1. All documents in the ZIP file will be attached to Ready Apprentice individually
    2. Documents will not have a ‘type’ assigned
