Q: When using the signup project import to import my signups in bulk, why do some of my signups import and some of them fail?
A: When importing the Signups using the Template provided in the Signup Project, make sure that there are no additional spaces at the end of the cell in the spreadsheet. A lot of the time these fields are either copied and pasted from another source, or are exported from somewhere external from JobReady which can lead to the values having additional spaces at the end of the data, causing the importer to break at that point.
The same may occur with Date values where the date field is not formatted correctly. To be safe, it is always best to format any of the date fields to dd/mm/yyyy by formatting the cells within the spreadsheet.
