Ready Apprentice has the facility to track all signups through their 10 day KPI’s.
To Manage Signup Templates in RA, click on Signups in the Navigation menu, then select KPIs from the sub-menu.
You will be presented with the RA KPIs matrix. This shows you the number of signups in each status, and when the next action for the signup is due.
To view the signups that form the figure, click on the number icon, and the records will be displayed below the table.
You can then click through to each signup to action the record as required.
You can also filter the KPIs matrix by clicking on Filters at the top of the table, and selecting whatever filter you wish to use. You then enter your criteria and click Apply.
