The File Notes advanced search is in the navigation menu under Search on the left side of the Ready Apprentice Dashboard.
Use the Add Filter drop down menu on the left of the dashboard to filter the File Notes data.
Use the Export button on the right of the dashboard to export filtered lists of File Note data. If no checkboxes are selected, it will export the entire list of File Note data.
