Milestone Contact Management Settings

Navigating to Milestone Contact Management


Got to the Settings page, which can be accessed in the user menu.


From there, access the Contact Setting page.


When this page is open, select the Milestone Contact management option from the list. 


The Page should look like the following:

Milestone Contact Management assists with managing contact modes for all newly created contacts in Ready Apprentice. The mode can be updated to suit your team's needs. Both Band 1 and Band 2 contacts can be updated here. Different modes can be selected from the Dropdown menu appropriate for the Contact Names.


If no mode is selected, the default mode will be allocated for the specific Contact. 


Once all modes are selected, don't forget to save them. Please scroll down and click the 'Save' button. Before they are saved, they will look like the bellow image. 

After being saved, the user will be shown the option to "Update all Valid Contacts". 

Users can also restrict which contacts to be excluded from automatically sending out Self Service.

This will only restrict automatic sending, these can still be sent manually if sent via the contact.


Update all valid contacts

The "Update all valid Contacts" button can be used to update all currently active contacts. All contacts that have the status of Invalid, Missed, or Completed will not be changed. When clicking the button this prompt will appear:



By clicking "Submit" the system will then update all valid contacts.
