The Problem
When an Apprentice with the 'Not Stated' option selected in the Aboriginal, Disability, Country of birth or Language spoken at home fields selected, RA will not download the AA's information.
The Cause
TYIMS has added a new option to the Aboriginal, Disability, Country of Birth, and Language spoken at home fields. These fields are not recognized by Ready Apprentice and thus have not been added as an option.
The Solution
The team is going to build the option for 'Not Stated' into Ready Apprentice, just as we did with the new 'Unspecified' Gender option. When these fields are available, these records will download as part of the regular or weekly TYIMS downloads.
