The Problem
Exports for data from any table will either take too long or fail altogether.
The Cause
There are multiple causes of this issue, which are outlined below:
- Multiple job are being run at the same time, with large jobs blocking the queues for smaller jobs to take too long and fail.
- The Bad Data error was causing any exports that included these Registrations (including claims that linked to these or filenotes) would fail once the export reached these records in the process.
The Solution
We have resolved the bad data error which should support a lot more of the exports to be successful.
We are working on adding more resources to the processors that run these exports and will also be looking to optimise the export process to make this run smoothly.
