The Problem
Training Contracts downloading with the same Training Contract ID as the ADMS ID were not linking within the downloads.
The Cause
The download logic from TYIMS required an update to identify the existing Training Contract by looking for the ADMS ID where the TYIMS TC ID matched.
The Solution
This was fixed on the 14th June for any new records downloading from TYIMS. If the TC ID in TYIMS Matched the ADMS ID in Ready Apprentice the records will merge.
There is a back sweep required for these records pre June 14 which is being worked on currently.
