The Problem
Registrations are downloading with no Training Contract ID.
The Cause
Previously, we introduced the concept of a Shell Training Contract as a Registration will not be available without a TC record. We removed this as there were duplicates being created from TYIMS due to ADMS and TYIMS ID conflicts, however this caused the Bad Data errors.
The Solution
We re-introduced the Shell TC concept which has resolved the Bad Data Errors for Registrations with no TYIMS IDs.
