The Problem
Apprentice not downloading from TYIMS.
The Cause
TYIMS added a new option for Unspecified within the Training Contract Apprentice details for Gender. As Ready Apprentice only supports the options available from TYIMS historically, this value has not been an available option on Apprentice. We don't believe that this was in any release notes however are following this up with TYIMS.
The Solution
We are currently building the option for unspecified into Ready Apprentice to account for the additional value in the gender field to sync with ADMS and TYIMS. once these fields are available, these records will download from TYIMS in the weekly download.
