The Problem
Received Dates, Signed Dates and ADMS Statuses are not downloading in the Ready Apprentice Training Contract from ADMS.
The Cause
The Training Contract has been created directly in ADMS, meaning there is no link between the two platforms.
The Solution
We are currently building a sync between the TYIMS ID from the daily download of Training Contracts and the ADMS ID within Ready Apprentice. Once this value is set in Ready Apprentice, the ADMS Data will sync and continue to be picked up in the regular syncing process when the Training Contract in ADMS is updated.
