Contacts section of settings is divided into eight sections
Sales Territories
This section shows Sales Territories. It displays: Name of Territory, its description and whether it is Enable/Disabled. Existing Territories can be edited or deleted by the buttons on the far right of the list.
Territories can be created by clicking "Add New Territory" button. Add Name, Description and state if it needs to be enabled then click Submit to save.
Monitoring Territories
This section shows Monitoring Territories. It displays: Name of Territory, its description and whether it is Enable/Disabled. Existing Territories can be edited or deleted by the buttons on the far right of the list.
Territories can be created by clicking "Add New Territory" button. Add Name, Description and state if it needs to be enabled then click Submit to save.
Missed Contact Reasons
In this section, you can define Missed Contact Reasons. It displays: Name (Reason), its description and whether it is Enable/Disabled. Existing Reasons can be edited or deleted by the buttons on the far right of the list.
Missed Contact Reasons can be created by clicking "Add New Reason" button. Add Name, Description and state if it needs to be enabled then click Submit to save.
Discontinued Apprentice Reasons
In this section, you can define Discontinued Apprentice Reasons. It displays: Name (Reason), its description and whether it is Enable/Disabled. Existing Reasons can be edited or deleted by the buttons on the far right of the list.
Discontinued Apprentice Reasons can be created by clicking "Add New Reason" button. Add Name, Description and state if it needs to be enabled then click Submit to save.
Contact Shedule
In this section, you can choose whether sort column in Contacts Form Schedule is either by Due Date or Expiry Date.
Mentor Period Schedule Contacts
In this section, you can define Mentor Period Schedule Contacts. It displays: Mentor Period Schedule, Days Till Due, Contact Assigned To and Contact Type (Mode). Existing Mentor Period Schedule Contacts can be edited or deleted by the buttons on the far right of the list. (Note: Mentor Period Schedule Contacts can only be created once a Mentor Period Schedule has been created)
Mentor Period Schedule Contacts can be added by clicking "Add New" button. Select Mentor Period Schedule, enter Days Till Due, select Mode and who the Assignee is then click Submit to save.
Mentor Period Schedules
In this section, you can define Mentor Period Schedules. It displays: Name, Description and whether it is Enable/Disabled.
Mentor Period Schedule can be added by clicking "Add New Mentor Period Schedule" button. Add Name, Description and state if it needs to be enabled then click Submit to save.
Mentor Contact Outcomes
In this section, you can define Mentor Contact Outcomes. It displays: Name, Description and whether it is Enable/Disabled.
Mentor Contact Outcomes can be added by clicking "Add New Mentor Contact Outcome" button. Add Name, Description and state if it needs to be enabled then click Submit to save.
