File Note Templates can be found here. Templates can be created, viewed, edited and deleted from this menu.
To view a template, either click on its name or click on the View button 
in the far right column.
To edit a template, click on the Edit button 
in the far right column.
To delete a template, click on the Delete button 
in the far right column.
Create Template
To create a new template, click 
at the bottom of the template list.
Enter name and type of template then use the editor to create template.
Merge fields can be inserted by using 
button.
HTML source code can be edited directly by using the 
button.
Optionally, follow-up task can be created alongside a new template
Once finished, click 
at the bottom of the page to save template.
