View/Edit/Delete Email & SMS Templates
From the navigation bar at the top of the page, click the down arrow next to your name, followed by settings.
Then scroll down to the Templates section and click Email & SMS.
Email & SMS templates can be found here. Templates can be created, viewed, edited and deleted from this menu.
You can switch between Email and SMS templates lists by clicking either 
or 
at the top of the page.
To view a template, either click on its name or click on the View button 
in the far right column.
To edit a template, click on the Edit button 
in the far right column.
To delete a template, click on the Delete button 
in the far right column.
Create Email Template
To create a new template, click 
at the top of the template list.
For Email, Enter name, type and subject of template then use the editor to create template.
Merge fields can be inserted by using 
button.
HTML source code can be edited directly by using the 
button.
Optionally, a follow-up task can be created with the template.
Once finished, click 
at the bottom of the page to save template.
Create SMS Template
To create a new template, click 
at the top of the template list.
Enter name of template then use the editor to create template.
