Assessment Type lookups can be found here. This menu displays the name and description of each Assessment Type.
Create Assessment Type
To create new Assessment Type, click 
. Fill in necessary information then click 
to save.
Edit Assessment Type
Assessment Types can be edited by clikcing the 
button. Complete necessary changes then click 
to save changes.
Delete Assessment Type
Assessment Types can be deleted by clicking the 
button on the right of the assessment type.
