To link employer/RTO records so that the one portal login has access to multiple employer/RTO records, from the Portal logins tab of an employer/RTO, click on Link Employers for Web or Link RTOs for Web.
Use the search functions to locate the additional employers/RTOs to link, you can link as many employers together as required.
