For each employer in Ready Apprentice, you can specify their preferred method to received Claim Forms, Payment Notifications and Other Correspondence, such as letters.
The employer can choose from Email, Letter or By Hand. By Hand means that you wish to hand deliver that type of correspondence.
From the employer record scroll to the bottom of the page and a list of the Communication Preferences will be showing.
Click on Edit to the right of the preference you wish to update
When specifying Email, Letter or By Hand, you can then specify the contact person and address.
NOTE: To select an email address or postal address, you must have first set these up in the sections above the communication preferences on the Edit employer screen.
