Internal Audit and Risk Assessment
To Run go to Administration > Audit / Logs > Audit Trail
Select the User/Entity/Date Range as appropriate (leaving the User blank will run for all Users).
Based on the system entity selected, additional Report criteria fields will be displayed to filter the Report further.
In the example below, a Unit Outcome was entered.
