Ready Apprentice predicts the claims that a Registration is eligible for based on guidelines and data that has been entered into the Training Contract and Registration. If you would like to see why RA did or did not predict a claim, you can check the eligibility for each claim type.
From the registration, click on the Claims tab
Click on Add/Predict, then Add Claims
Select the Claim Type, and Ready Apprentice will tell you the claim is either:
- Valid
Invalid, including the reason why.
