There may be instances where Ready Apprentice has identified that a registration is eligible for a claim, however due to eligibility criteria outside of Ready Apprentice’s knowledge, the registration is not eligible to attract this claim, you can mark a claim as Invalid.
To mark a claim as invalid, click on the Actions cog icon and select Invalidate for the claim you wish to invalidate.
You will be prompted to enter a reason, you can select from a list of invalid reason types. Click on Invalidate to complete the process.
The status of the claim will then change to Invalid, the claim will be excluded from all reports.
