- Type: The claim type as used in TYIMS.
- Description: Description of the claim type.
- Amount: $ amount of the claim.
- Status: The current status of the claim.
- Due: The date the claim falls due.
- Expires: The date the claim expires and cannot be paid thereafter.
- Pay To: Who receives the claim amount. Employer, Apprentice, AAC, RTO.
- Claim From: For recurring claims (SAAA/LAFHA/DAAWS) this is the period start date.
- Claim By: For recurring claims (SAAA/LAFHA/DAAWS) this is the period end date.
