Scan Barcodes in Ready Apprentice:
The Barcodes advanced search is in the navigation menu under Search on the left side of the Ready Apprentice Dashboard.
The Barcodes page gives users the ability to scan the barcode of paper files to complete actions in bulk.
The below Type of records is able to be scanned into Ready Apprentice:
- Claim Forms
- Training Contracts
- Registrations
- Contact Forms
This will allow users to mark records as Received, and perform further actions on the records.
