Manage you Contacts in Ready Apprentice:
Click on Contacts in the navigation menu. A dropdown menu will appear with the following options;
- Schedule – A traffic light dashboard where users can apply filters and export based on data related to the contacts form schedules.
- Queue Management – A dashboard to manage the contact queues.
- Completion Notifications – A dashboard to filter based on contact completion notifications.
- Search – A dashboard to search for contacts.
- Electronic Contacts – A traffic light dashboard for the Electronic Contacts Schedule
- Electronic Contacts Dashboard – A dashboard for filtering Electronic Contacts by date.
