Claims

The Claims function will provide you with a drop down list of schedules for claim records based on the specific status of the claims.

The below Claim Schedules are available under Claims from the Navigation menu:

  • Smart Form Schedule - This will populate a table of claims that are due to be generated via Smart Forms.
  • Print - This will populate a table of claims that are due to be printed via paper forms.
  • Awaiting - This will populate a table of claims that have had the smart forms/claim forms sent out and are due to have a reminder sent out at the 3/6/9 month period of the claim.
  • Received - This will populate a table of claims that have been marked as received, from here staff have 10 days to action these claims (Lodge/Return/Reject).
  • Returns - This will populate a table of claims that have been returned to the recipient, and will require the return reminders to be sent.
  • Payment Notifications - This will populate a table of Claims that have been Lodged/Paid to the recipient within the last 30 days.
  • Search - This will take users to the Claims Advanced Search.
