Introduction
To improve claim smart forms we have updated the process and UI to become more user friendly and accessible!
The Smart Form Print Job UI has been updated to show an All, Success and Failed Tab.
There is now also a Re-Submit Claim Forms button under the Failed tab.
This button allows you to re-submit the failed claim forms without having to create a whole new print job!
Simply identify the issue with the failing claims forms under the Failed tab, fix the issues and hit the Re-Submit button and the failed forms will be submitted again!
This process gives more visibility to the user and allows them to identify issues for each individual claim.
It also minimizes the risk of submitting duplicate smart forms as only the failed job will be re-submitted!
