Users will have the ability to identify Training Contract records that have been imported by the smart form inbox tool, by going to the Training Contract search and adding the Received Through smart Form Inbox filter.
A section below the smart form tracking code on the Training Contract record will be flagged if the tracking code was picked up successfully from the smart forms inbox tool.
The signup status will update to Processing, and a lifecycle record will be created to show that this was received via smart form.
